Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We really enjoyed our trip with Max's van. We went through North and South island and it was amazing. Really easy to drive and no problems at all. Max was also very helpfull with everything. Would really recomend.

    We had an amazing 6 weeks with Greyhound ! The van is very well thought out, doesn't use much fuel and is very reliable. We liked having an indoor table and kitchen for the rainy days, and a great bluetooth stereo for the long NZ roads. Communication with Max was very easy, he was super fast to respond and find a solution when a minor issue arose. He was very accommodating during the entire trip. Thanks again ! Greyhound was a great home away from home, we miss it and NZ already !

    Very nice Camper everything is like brand new and nice. Powerful engine automatic transmission very easy to drive. Carplay/Navigation/Entertaiment system is great actually got some decent speakers so u can pump your favorite playlist being on the road. Mattress was a bit hard for my taste but with a additional topper it was pretty comfy i slept very good. Cooking stuff, sink, toilet, fridge all brand new and nice. Communication with Max was always easy and fast responding. So definitely recommended !

    Really lovely. Max has stocked the van with all the essentials. Good little size for a few days away. Pack an eye mask!
