Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cathy 3.3We were disappointed in the accomodation. Whilst we appreciated Rama bringing thew campervan to the site and picking it up The toilet stopped working on wednesday We had no power in campervan lucky meals were provided at christian camp site but no lights or water in campervan Im not sure how the van could accomodate 6 people never mind 2 one hinge on door stuck out caught my daughters arm getting in and out of campervan would not hire again
