Additional information
As we are located outside of the Auckland district, if you are not able to drive to pick-up and drop-off the Motorhome (from the Auckland Airport,), would recommend using a "Shuttle Bus, web address https://www.supervans.co.nz/" to get to our place. Approx. 45-50 mins from the Airport. If we can help, and either of us are free on the day of arrival or departure, we may be able to (not guaranteed) collect/ drop-off at the airport at a better charge. Max persons would be 4 + luggage(size dependent). Message to discuss, we would request a personal charge for us to pick-up/drop-off. Being out of the city makes it easy to get sorted and ready, also easier to deal with less traffic. Less than 5 mins (2kms) to get onto the Waikato (Southern) Expressway, then North or South you can go. If you come by your own vehicle, there is a parking area to park your vehicle while renting our Motorhome. We also suggest that at the of your rental, you use the local "Gull" service station at "Hampton Downs" to refill the motorhome; most times the cheapest around and only 10kms from drop-off.
Hiring rules
- Pickup and Dropoff, by agreement between Hirer and Owner.
- No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel road (except designated roads). No dirt road driving.
- Awning must be packed away before any bad weather arises. Damage will be at Hirers expense.
- NO SMOKING inside or close by the vehicle.
- All cupboard and door latches are to be closed and locked (button pressed in) before moving/driving.
- Fuel Returned filled with diesel. All hires include a full tank of diesel upon departure.
- RUC (Road User Chargers) are additional to the daily hire rate and charged at 0.09c per km. The cost is calculated on return via the "Camplify Pre/Post Checklist".
- Vehicle must be returned cleaned, or a cleaning fee may be incurred. All rubbish must be taken or disposed of before returning.
- Trash: Ensure to take all your trash with you, including from the kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping areas.
- Toilet: Toilet cassette must be emptied when the light comes on (refer to dumping stations and instruction manual).
- Water Disposal: Waste water tanks must be emptied at an authorized dump station before returning.
- If Trash, Toilet and/or Waste Water is not done, a $100.00 fee will apply.
- Any damage must be reported immediately who, what , where and when will be required.
- If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call "Camplify" on 036681211, they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
