Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping please.
- Toilet to be cleaned and emptied and grey water tank emptied prior to return.
- RUC charged at $0.09 per km.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michelle 5.0We had a fabulous few days in the 'Cramper'. Communication with Rachael was warm and prompt. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. 'The Cramper' is a well maintained and appointed campervan. As a family of 2 adults and 3 teens we were comfortable and had enough individual space to chill and sleep. Thank you Rachael and Dave for the use of your home on wheels. We are sold, happy with the whole experience, and would happily hire from you again.
Norma 5.0We had a fantastic 1x week holiday in The Cramper. Very comfortable, clean, modern, and well kitted with everything we needed. The card games were a bonus for rainy days. Rachael was really lovely & gave us some helpful tips for our trip, communication was never a problem. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our trip in this van, wed definitely be keen to do it all over again! Thanks Rachael, happy NY!
