In case of an emergency or unexpected event, we’re able to locate the van and assist quickly. It also helps protect your belongings while you’re out exploring, so you can enjoy your adventure with confidence.

Hiring rules

• 🚨 EMERGENCY
• If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 0800 779 779.
• 🛠️ DAMAGE
• If any damage occurs, you must report it immediately. Include who, what, where, when, and provide photo documentation.
• 🚫 RULES
• • No offroad, no beach driving, no extended gravel roads
• • No smoking inside
• • Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing via Camplify Messages before your trip begins.
• Please ensure you’re familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of your booking.
• ⛽ FUEL
• Return the van with a full tank of 91 petrol – all hires include a full tank upon departure.
• 🧼 CLEANING (if you haven’t selected “Clean de Van for Me”)
• The campervan must be returned clean and tidy, inside and out, including toilet and water tanks.
• If the camper is not returned in the same condition as provided, an automatic cleaning fee will be charged.
• 🛣️ TOLL ROADS
• Tolls must be paid within 5 days at www.nzta.govt.nz.
• ⛴️ SOUTH ISLAND TRAVEL

  Noah was perfect for our week-long trip. It was clean, self-contained, and Jaynie was accommodating and efficient. Driving was easy and the bed was quite comfortable. Everything was well thought out, and the little details for our comfort were a real plus. The fridge was a good size, there was plenty of storage, and useful equipment was provided (chairs and a small table, charging points for our devices, bedding included, cooking utensils, a small portable shower, a garden hose, etc.). Jaynie was available and gave us great advice. Thanks again! We highly recommend it.

  White Noah was amazing and exceeded all our expectations! It is decorated so beautifully and truly felt like home for our road trip. The space in the van is very thoughtful, the bed is very spacious and comfortable, fridge worked well, storage space was great, and the little extras such as flowers made all the difference. Jaynie and her partner were so kind, always communicated well, and made sure our trip ran smoothly. Thank you again!
