Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Christian Wilhelm 5.0The van was clean, beds comfy and had all we needed for our 2 weeks trip. It ran like a charm without any car related hiccups. We had a little issue with the water pump though but found a good solution with the owner. I am sure they were checked and fixed the issue the day we returned. Very responsible, responsive and reliable owners. We had a great time and would rent the same van again at any time! Thanks a lot

Fu 5.0The van was great and reliable. It was clean, well equipped and well maintained. We travelled two adults and one child. It had everything we needed for our South Island adventure! Lou and Jarrad were helpful and accomodating throughout. We enjoyed our trip greatly and hope to do it again one day!
