Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Niels 4.5Liam was so helpful and kind, explaining everything and prepairing us for our amazing trip around NZ. The van "Charlie Horse" has everything you need to do some serious exploring! Due to lately changed regulations regarding the self contained certificate, the bed was about 20cm shorter to fit a sink and water tank unit. So make sure to chat to Liam about the best option as he has multiple vans with different sizes. Still 10/10 considering reliability of the car and overall experience!!! Thanks Liam
