This was our first time hiring a camper van and Mark was easy to communicate with and very accomodating with our early arrival on the pickup day. The van has everything you need with great cooking facilities, hot water, plenty of power (we didnt' need to plug in at all) and a big bed. It was easy to free camp for a few days at a time before needing to dump the waste water and top up with fresh water. Unfortunately we experienced a breakdown during our hire which resulted in an early end to our travels. However Camplify roadside assist were great in getting us to our next destination, then Mark was able to come and rescue the van and also dropped us off at our alternative accomodation. Overall we had a good time exploring the North Island of NZ in Kerer. Many thanks Mark.

What a brilliant van to explore a remarkable country in! Mark's van had everything we needed (we took our own extra duvet, towels and pillows in additional to those provided), and it was super easy to arrange collection and then drop off. We had the van for 19 days and managed to squeeze in most of the two islands - but really we needed a month to do it at leisure. Everything in the van worked perfectly, hot water was super hot and the heater worked great when we needed it. The mattress topper made the bed super comfy too (the bed is HUGE) ! Its the perfect size for two people and the outside table/chairs and cooker came in really useful when coping in the more remote spots. We paid for WIFI and it worked pretty much everywhere we went - so that was a real bonus too. All in all - 5/5 and would definitely recommend Keruru (or NZ pigeon in English) to tour NZ in style!

It was great! Van was super nice and plenty of space. Mark was so accommodating and very nice to work with during the whole process. Highly recommend!!
