This Van was perfect our family of 4 had the most amazing trip. Van was comfortable, had all the equipment and Sophie and family went above and beyond to make our adventure perfect. Easy collection and return. Highly recommend. We will be back again

Our family hired Sophies motorhome for two weeks and travelled the South Island. We have two young children and the motorhome had everything we needed. The layout suited our family perfectly and both beds were super comfortable so we all slept really well. Sophie and her husband went out of their way and even provided a car seat for us to use. Our first experience travelling this way was amazing and we have already booked our next trip. I highly recommend booking Sophies motorhome they are lovely people and we wood definitely book with them again.

Great holiday. Highly recommend. The campervan had everything we needed. We travelled with 3 adults and 2 children around the top of the South Island and had a wonderful time.

We LOVED our adventure in Captain Kea. Sophie and her husband were so kind and equally as excited as we were to explore in their home away from home. The introduction was thorough and enabled us to make use of all the features of the van and they answered all the questions we had. Captain Kea is the perfect way to see New Zealand whilst never being too far away from a comfortable nights sleep and a loo when youre out and about exploring. We made most meals in the van comfortably and Sophie and Jisse made sure the van had everything we needed inside to prepare a meal, including small extras like a cheese slice. We experienced mostly good weather but also had a night or 2 with very heavy rain and it felt so cosy to be inside hearing the rain beat down on the roof but also was handy to have heating available in the van to take that extra chill off. We travelled with our 10 month old baby and the van accommodated the car seat and travel cot easily and comfortably and had SO much storage for us and our baby. When we visit New Zealand again, we will be sure to go in Captain Kea again. It made our experience one to remember. Thank you to the owners for being friendly, kind and patient with our questions.

Sophie and Jisse provided transportation from the Picton terminal and were incredibly friendly throughout the rental process. Their communication was perfect, ensuring a seamless experience.
