We really enjoyed our time travelling in Ian the Van. Though we got off to a rocky start with some mechanical issues it was fixed as quickly as possible and all communications were swift and clear. Daniel kindly provided extra blankets and a hot water bottle which was really nice, in the end the weather was ideal and only one or two chilly evenings. We appreciated the sand fly spray and the fresh water that are supplied with the car. I would recommend this van to travellers who are experienced with older vehicles.

Ian was great! It was perfect for myself and my friend to travel the South Island. We never had any issue, was surprisingly good on fuel and had literally everything you would need for a road trip, I would definitely travel with Ian again. Thanks so much Dan, we had a great time! :)

I really enjoyed my 1 month road trip with Ian. It's maybe not the fanciest van, but he have everything you need. The drive is smooth and the seat are so comfy. Daniel is super reactive and accomodating.

Van drove smooth and has some minor things expected for an older van, but Daniel has good communication to problem solve and is helpful with addressing any problems/concerns

Had a lovely week using Ian the van, had everything we needed really. Dan was really nice and helpful, staying in contact throughout and giving us some recommendations and tips. Would recommend Ian to anyone travelling who wants to save some money !

The van worked well, was reliable, and provided a comfortable space for sleeping. Everything was well-maintained, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend renting from Danielgreat service and a great vehicle!

I loved my 17 days adventure with van Ian! It has everything you need, it goes smoothly and my sleep in there was fantastic. There are some quirks with one of the doors but Daniel showed me everything at the first handover. Communication with the owner was always easy and clear. Daniel was very helpful and replied quickly to my messages when I had questions before and during the holiday. There was one day when I had to call the roadside assistance because of a flat tyre and Daniel replied immediately to my messages and was very understanding and helpful in a stressful situation - the problem was easily solved in the end! I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking for a good reliable campervan. Enjoy the trip!

Ian was perfect for our little getaway/adventure in the beautiful South Island, was very clean and had everything we needed for our camping style holiday , bonus was economical on fuel too. Daniel was super helpful, friendly and made our trip easy and smooth with both pickup and drop off and great communication :-) would highly recommend. Thank you so much!!

The van was all my partner and I needed for our trip. Had all of the basics to get by. Not as flash as some of the other options but for the reasonable price I was quite happy with our choice. Daniel was easy going and gave us some good tips for our trip.
