Ed was friendly, very responsive, and overall, great to deal with. We had a fairly smooth and great vacation in the south island. We thought we'd save some money and add some flexibility since we could rent the van less than 7 days. Having said that, the van is quite old and shows it. (It would have helped if the sheets had been freshly washed.) With the added costs of the mileage, the passed on road user charge (which most companies don't charge), and the costs of taking a taxi to and from Ed and Rosie's place, we ended up not really saving much money for a much older van. As much as I'd like to support mom and pop rentals, Ed and Rosie are probably charging too much.

We had a great time using the van for our holiday adventure, we had unseasonally cold wet weather and it was an amazing haven to retreat to. The van was easy to drive and economical as well

We had a great holiday in this van despite some challenges. With some extra thought and care this experience could have been 5 star.

The van was clean and the handover was smooth. We unfortunately had some issues with the van (electrical and tyres) however Ed was very accommodating and communicated well with us through the journey. We returned the van after 3 days, as we were unable to use water, fridge etc. Ed was understanding and refunded us for the trip. The bed is comfortable and big, theres lots of storage in the van and the heater works well.

Magical moments in an awesome camper. Bargain price for such a nice camper compared to all the other options on the market. Handled easily despite never having driven one before. Very spacious with all the facilities you could want, warm at night with heater for the coldest of nights.

Absolutely great van. We had a wonderful trip in it. Mechanically perfect, no issues, toilet and stove worked well, bed very comfortable. Electric blanket appreciated. Slight leak in drivers console when it unexpectedly snowed! Would hire again. Ed communicated easily and well.

Clean and well equipped camper. Heater was nice and warm on a pretty cold night. Facilities all well maintained. Easy pick up and drop off, will definitely hire again!
