This trip was our first getaway in a motorhome. Thank you Jack for making this so easy for us by being very organised and explaining the operation of all the utilities so well. You are obviously very proud of your Magis. Pick up and drop location is very easyily accessed from the motorway, and has a Mobil station nearby which makes it all very convenient. Thanks again.

Jack was extremely helpful when we uplifted the van as I assumed all the crockery & kitchenware was supplied. Probably my error by not checking thoroughly with Jack. In no time at all Jack kindly supplied all the necessary items for us. We had a great time & enjoyed the van's features & reliability.

We had such a great holiday in Magis , drove from Auckland to Cape Reinga and stunning places in between . Such a well equipped and comfortable motorhome with everything we needed and didnt know we wanted ! Great to experience powered and non-powered site set ups . Jack was incredibly helpful and a great communicator . Fabulous , thanks again Jack !

Jack was excellent to deal with. Quick communications leading up to and during our stay. Jack delivered directly to the campground and walked us through all we needed to know. Bed was super large and was the main feature we needed and we added a topper on top (due to my bad back) and had good sleeps. Thanks Jack.

We really enjoyed the caravan. The bed was enormous and very comfortable (we do like a firm bed, but I would maybe suggest taking a topper pad if you don't). We didn't cook in the van at all as we had our own camp cooking stove. Unfortunately the hot water wasn't working. Jack had warned us in advance about this. We also had issues with the solar not holding enough charge to run the fridge. We communicated with Jack about his and we all concluded there was nothing we could do while away. Jack was very helpful and generously refunded some of our hire fee. Overall we loved the experience of having the camper, especially being able to sleep comfortably.

I loved using this van. It gave me what I needed - comfort, air conditioning, and a central hub around which the people we were camping with could gather. And Jacks communication snd thoughtfulness was excellent.

Awesome holiday. This was our 2nd journey with the same van. Great, spacious van, lots of storage, good toilet/shower space, kitchenette, this van has everything you need. Prompt and easy communication with the owner. No problems whatsoever.
