This caravan is not fit for purpose. Numerous unresolved issues, including broken window & cupboard latches, blinds, and curtains, as well as missing or blown lightbulbs, mar its functionality. Though the owner did communicate the broken blinds & curtains. Additionally, the overall cleanliness is below standard, and essential safety measures such as the missing smoke detector battery and the integrity of structural bolts and screws on the fiberglass have been disregarded. The historically damaged fiberglass and missing screws & bolts from it lead to a door popping open whilst underway and further minor damage occurring, for which the owner has laid a claim against us for. Furthermore, during our journey, one of the very old and perished tires, identified by the tire shop as salvaged from a 90's Ford Falcon (??), blew out miles from home. Despite replacing the tire at our cost & time, the owner showed no interest in reimbursing us for a brand new tire. They declined to confirm whether they wanted the wheel with the new tire or just the rim returned, opting to baselessly accuse us of theft and threaten us with an additional insurance claim. This entire experience has ruined our first experience using Camplify. The bed, at least, was comfortable :-)
