The grey water/Black Water tank must be returned empty. Toilet/bathroom/kitchen must be clean and tidy thanks.
$9.00 per 100kms road user charges payable on drop off in cash

Hire Fee: From $279.00 per day
Service fee: $115.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

John was a delight to communicate with. He always respons quickly. He was so kind to pick us up from the airport and afterwards drop us of at our hotel. When we had a issue with the motorhome it was quickly solved with camplify and John. The motorhome we originally rented had some problems a week before we would be renting it. But John arranged a new motorhome within a few days and sorted things out with camplify without any trouble for us. The motorhome had some signs of use, which is normal I think. John showed them to us and suggested that we would take pictures of if he missed something and send it to him. The motorhome was big and comfy enough for our family with 2 small kids, a 1,5 yo and 3,5 yo, for a 7 week roadtrip on the south island. The kids loved the bunkbeds in the back. The beds were comfy and good pillows aswell. A lot of campgrounds has good campkitchens so we didnt need to cook in the motorhome all the time. And we loved the DOC campgrounds all over the South Island, with less facilities but always beautiful views. I had a great experience and I recommend John and Niccis motorhomes to everybody and will use it again when we have the oppertunity.

THe van was a good combination of fit (2 adults 3 kids) and its ability to get around (not to big). all the features on the van worked. John was fantastic to communicate with beforte and during the trip if i forgot anything re how van features worked. We had an amazing holiday and would use Johns vans again

Five stars across the board for John and Niccis Motorhome!! We had a Fantastic holiday in their Motorhome. John was helpful through the planning phase and provided useful information and advice in the weeks leading up to our trip and at pick up. He was responsive when we had a minor issue with an unexpected noise in the camper while we were traveling around (it stopped). The motorhome was comfortable and had al the amenities we needed. We had a fantastic holiday in the South Island. We traveled with two adults and two teenagers and had plenty of room.
