Hiring rules

• All hirers must be over the age of 25 and hold a full drivers license with no restrictions
• No smoking in the vehicle. Will result in excess cleaning fees.
• No Pets permitted.
• Vehicle Must be returned with full tank of fuel, gas refilled and grey/black water tanks emptied. Failure to do so will result in a Fee of $150.00 being charged.
• Please allow 45 minutes to complete pick up and drop off procedures.
• The vehicle must be returned clean. Dishes washed and put away, bench surfaces wiped down, sand and dirt swept outside.
• Oneway hires are generally not allowed. Please feel free to discuss if you have such requirement.
• RUCs Road User Charges are additional and calculated via the vehicle's odometer reading at time of return. All Road User Charges (RUC) are charged at a rate of 0.09c per km.
• Road restrictions apply as follows: (a) Vehicles can only be driven on sealed roads(b) Vehicles are not permitted on Skippers Road (Queenstown), Ball Hutt Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland) and North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula).
• Camplify vehicles are also not permitted on any ski field access roads during the time of year that they operate.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Absolutely loved our holiday in this van! Right from the beginning Asanka was very helpful and the video to watch helped us know exactly how to use the van. Everything in the van worked as it should including the diesel heater on cold nights! We were supplied with all we needed plus extras like coffee and t bags, bin bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Van drove beautifully and handled all the hills in NZ. Asanka was very good with his communication with us and always available if we needed him. Would definitely use this van again if we needed to!! Camplify also was easy to use and work with.

  We had a great three weeks with Asankas campervan. The three of us had plenty of space and didnt even need to convert the table into a bed at night. Everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Asanka provided us not only with bed linen but also with towels. The campervan was super easy to drive. You quickly get used to the height and width, and we didnt have any significant issues with the vehicle. Asanka is very kind, and communication was always quick and helpful. We wish all future guests a wonderful trip with the campervan!

  We booked this van for our July winter trip in the South Island. The van is in very good condition, clean, and gave us no issues during our hours long road trips. Diesel heater works well during those cold nights. Asanka is very friendly and gave us all the needed details prior to our trip - he even allowed early handover of the van a day before our trip and walked us through. Highly recommended, and would definitely use again for our future road trips.
