Our motorhome is located at our private residence at McLaren Falls about 20 min from central Tauranga. We are in a quiet rural area and you are welcome to leave your vehicle here whilst away in the motorhome. Tauranga is just a short and convenient 30 min flight from Auckland or about a 2.5-hour drive from Auckland and it is easy to travel to Tauranga by bus or shuttle. Tauranga is actually a great starting point for your NZ travels as it is close to the Coromandel Peninsular, Rotorua and, if you are heading east, the 'East Cape' is also close by. Our modern (new November 2018) Automatic 6 berth Roller Team motorhome is the perfect motorhome for your next holiday around New Zealand. It is well looked after and comes with all you need, to enjoy some awesome adventures in and around our beautiful country. Our motorhome is very easy to drive and at 7 metres in length can be parked almost anywhere that a car can park. It really is a great size for navigating our New Zealand roads! It has enough seat belts for 6 people, and comes with 1 extra large Queen bed in the Luton above the cab (which is quite spacious with enough height to sit up in the bed), 1 double bed in the rear above the large garage and both of these beds can be left permanently made up. The dinette also folds down to either a double or Queen bed. We are happy to provide all the pillows, linen, duvets and towels etc, or you can bring your own pillow, sleeping bag or bedding, towels etc if you wish. It comes with a fully kitted out kitchen and has a separate toilet and shower, and has plenty of space for 6 adults or 4 adults plus 2-3 young children. A large roll-out awning makes for excellent indoor/outdoor living so you can get out into the pure fresh air of New Zealand and relax. Our country can get very hot in the summer so make the most of sitting under the awning while enjoying some cool drinks after a long day exploring or being on the road. It also has a gas-powered heating system when needed in the cooler months, however being European built, it is well insulated. It has 4 sky-lights/air vents for ventilation on those warmer days, one of these is in the bathroom. All vents and windows have insect screens. The motorhome has a “Self-Containment Certificate” which is required to use many freedom camping locations thus giving you more options for freedom camping. When you are 'plugged in' to 240 volt it will run the fridge on mains power, andyou may use the 3-pin power outlets for recharging your phones & tablets, hair dryers etc. You can also charge your phones from 12 volt sockets as you would in your car. There is a TV/DVD player for those inconvenient wet days, but do you really want to spend your time in NZ watching TV! NZ travel is all about getting out, meeting people and enjoying our beautiful country, and dining outdoors while watching New Zealand’s memorizing sunsets. At the end of the day, simply wind-out the easy to operate large awning and set up the outdoor table & chairs provided, and the BBQ for trouble free cooking. Life just couldn’t get any easier or stress free than that. Our Motorhome is loaded with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you cater easily with your daily meals. It contains hot and cold running water, a 3-burner gas hob, a gas oven/grill, a 3-way fridge/freezer which is fully automatic and is a generous size and an outside BBQ. It is also supplied with everything you require for 6 people and includes some cooking basics e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, salt, cooking oil etc. It also includes a number of card games, an outside table & camping chairs, and of course mozzy coils just in case and heaps more. I even threw in some cleaning products for those spills. Just bring your clothes & food! A full inventory list is available at time of booking or by prior request. We want you to have the best experience possible in our motorhome, so if we can help with anything else that’s not mentioned please just ask and we will do whatever we can to help make your journey a more enjoyable one through our beautiful country. Nothings too big or too small. Other features include: - Solar Power -2 x 210-watt panels on the roof and lithium house battery - the panels and battery should store more than enough power for all your needs. - Fiamma 4 x Bike Rack – not suitable for e-bikes as it is rated to maximum 60 kg but these could possibly be stored in the large garage - Parking - need somewhere to leave your vehicle while you’re away - we have space at our property - Insect screens on all windows - Reversing Camera - Two 9kg gas bottles Our motorhome also has cruise control, Reversing camera and a Bluetooth sound system. Fresh water and grey water capacity are 100 ltrs each with a separate cassette for the toilet Note – the toilet flushing draws from the main fresh water tank – so no long flushes !

• Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure
• RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km Camplify will deduct on completion of the hire.
• No smoking allowed inside
• No oneway hires pickup and drop off from our residence only
• No offroad or beach driving
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and not to be left up overnight or when away from the motorhome
• RV must return clean with toilet cassette and grey water emptied
• 2 x 9kg gas bottles to be returned full
• No wet wipes down the toilet (it'll block it !)
• Please don't put coffee beans down the sink drains

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 day trip with the van. Denise and Steve did a comprehensive run through the features at the handover and were always there to help when we needed with queries during our trip. The van was in excellent condition and had all we needed to feel comfortable and at home.

  Can't speak highly enough about the van as well as Steve & Denise as hosts. We hired the campervan for 8 x days to do a trip around the East Coast of New Zealand and it was superb. Right from the outset, the van was presented immaculately and Steve was very thorough in explaining how everything worked in simple and easy to understand terms. The van was a pleasure to drive with plenty of power to climb hills with ease and very comfortable suspension......it far exceeded our expectations. We're a family of three and found the layout was great with two beds permanently made up and a nice dinette to sit and enjoy a meal together. The "garage" storage area at the rear of the camper was perfect for extra luggage and camping items (its quite a big space!) and the bike rack was very easy to use, we took 3 bikes and it was very quick and easy to load and unload them along the way. Everything worked perfectly and we had a blast. We'll definitely hire from Steve and Denise again!

  Amazing trip so nice to have all the linen provided, the van had everything you could need on holiday all there waiting to be used. some lovely little treats to eat along the way. Will definitely re-book in the future
