Additional information
- no need to refill the gas cylinder on return, we will absorb this cost in the service fee. If you do need to fill the gas, please keep a receipt and we will reimburse you. - Kilometre (km) Limit - included in the booking price is 200kms per day. You will be charged $0.30 per km for additional distance travelled over this allowance. - The motorhome is fuelled by Diesel. All hires include a full tank upon departure.You will need to return the motorhome filled with diesel (unless alternative arrangements are made). - Road User Chargers apply for this vehicle. This will be calculated and charged at the end of your trip at the rate of $0.09 per km driven. - The hirer will be required to pay any chargers for Road Tolls that they encounter during their trip. - The hirer will be required to pay any traffic infringements or parking tickets. - Please be aware that Camplify require a deposit within 3 days of the booking being accepted, otherwise they will cancel the booking.
Hiring rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the motorhome.
- Not to be used on beaches or off road.
- At end of hire, return the motorhome clean, with fresh water tank full and grey/black water empty (or select cleaning option).
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Keith 5.0The van was very suited to our needs. It got us to where we were going with everything we needed. Paul was very helpful in pointing out all the van's features. The only thing he and the van couldn't do was fix the weather. But the van was weather proof!
Camilo 3.3What an adventure that I didnt subscribe to. Campervan broke down 200km into the trip, due to a failed clutch on the 31st of December. It amazes me that this fault was something that could have been avoided with preventive maintenance. I ended up with the camper stuck in the middle of the road, with my daughters on the back of the vehicle. This was a scary experience.

The clutch break down was unfortunate but as the mechanic that fixed it stated that it could not have been foreseen and was not due to wear and tear. The van has an annual service and 6 monthly COF but as the clutch is fully enclosed it cannot be inspected. We are sorry this affected your holiday and feel we did everything we could to support you during this unfortunate event including answering all your calls and responding to your emails.
