  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great trip. Good communication and Marion was very flexible with our pickup and drop off time which was very much appreciated. The van is older but goes well, easy to drive and park! There is also lots of storage. By the fourth stationary day the fridge struggled in the 30 plus degree heat but cooled very quickly once we got on the road again. We also appreciated being able to have our dog and Marion lending us her dogs longline.

    Had a lovely holiday. Van was easy to drive, park and manoeuvre. Unfortunately had a water leak under sink so couldnt use water, fridge couldnt cope with warm weather so couldnt use that either. No plugs for sink or Hand basin. Didnt have as much room as I thought it would have once bed made up. Very narrow space between toilet area and kitchen. Marion very good to deal with.

    Marion gave us clear explanations of the ins and outs of this camper plus some great advice on places for campers with dogs. Looking forward to hiring again.
