Hiring rules

RUC(NZ road tax for diesels) of $9.00 per 100km apply and will be charged through camplify at end of trip
No smoking, No pets
Please remove shoes when inside.
Drive only on sealed roads,no off road No ski field access roadsNot to be taken to Milford Sound or over Crown range between Wanaka and Queenstown in winter.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather and at night please
Camper must be returned with
A clean interior (including bathroom)
An empty and clean toilet catridge.and empty waste water tank.
Fuel tank and gas bottles must be returned full
=RUC(NZ road tax for diesils of 9c/km) apply and will be duducted by Camplify at end of hire

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $295.00 per day
Service fee: $150.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Hey, we had a great 3 weeks trip with TarTrek (or Rambler as we call him). Everything worked fine and communication with Merv was flawless. Also got some good insider hints and a roads booklet providing more info than the usual camping apps.

We've had a great experience with Merv and Noeline Campervan. Before the trip Merv has been super reactive in answering our questions and provided really detailed and valuable information to prepare our trip. The Van was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Merv gave us all the explanation during the handover which made it easy for us to get use to it. Also Merv has been comprehensive and flexible and allowed us to have a late checkout. It was a great experience, thanks a lot Merv and Noeline!

Good until the moment that I had to communicate with Camplify. I have been waiting for an answer regarding the insurance for more than a month. Bad experience with the Camplify support. Import to highlight that Merv and Noelly were great.

Firstly Merv and Noelene were a pleasure to deal with. They gave us hints and tips and really looked after us. The van was super comfortable, had everything we needed and so much more and so easy to drive even on some of those narrow NZ roads.
