We had an incredible time travelling all around the South Island in this magnificent motorhome. Never better term for this vehicle, it actually feels like "home" from the very first step into it, and gets better as you travel and realize how comfortable it is and even better how EVERYTHING you need is there (from outdoor needs to cooking utensils, to small spare parts)!! Driving wise is very easy to handle, while being large it drives beautifully, the direction is surprisingly light even when not moving.. we've been driving through some serious cross wind and it was perfectly manageable.. in normal conditions you can only expect a smooth and very pleasant drive. Lastly, Merv and Noeline are incredible people, excellent and fast responses, very considerate on our needs even with things we didn't ask for (they offered us to borrow a car seat for our kids without us asking for it). They made sure we had all we needed for our trip and more, there are books wit hNZ info, maps with good spots marked and an offer to contact them asking for referrals at any point in our trip. More than anything, they were clear about us enjoying the trip and keeping our family safe as key priority. Also picking up and dropping the motorhome they were very accomodating and helpful. Do not hesitate in going for Tar Trek, you will have an amazing time!!! PD: this looks too positive right? Hey, we had a great 3 weeks trip with TarTrek (or Rambler as we call him). Everything worked fine and communication with Merv was flawless. Also got some good insider hints and a roads booklet providing more info than the usual camping apps.

We've had a great experience with Merv and Noeline Campervan. Before the trip Merv has been super reactive in answering our questions and provided really detailed and valuable information to prepare our trip. The Van was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Merv gave us all the explanation during the handover which made it easy for us to get use to it. Also Merv has been comprehensive and flexible and allowed us to have a late checkout. It was a great experience, thanks a lot Merv and Noeline!

Good until the moment that I had to communicate with Camplify. I have been waiting for an answer regarding the insurance for more than a month. Bad experience with the Camplify support. Import to highlight that Merv and Noelly were great.

Firstly Merv and Noelene were a pleasure to deal with. They gave us hints and tips and really looked after us. The van was super comfortable, had everything we needed and so much more and so easy to drive even on some of those narrow NZ roads.
