This could be your best holiday ever! Zeffer is our privately owned motorhome with room for your bikes, kayaks, golf clubs or skis. Zeffer has room for it all with a roomy rear storage compartment. Come and enjoy the fabulous south island. Queenstown, Wanaka, Tekapo or Golden Bay. Whale watching, hiking, sky diving. Rugby in Dunedin? A concert in Gibbston Valley? Skiing Mount Hutt? Kayaking the Abel Tasman? Or perhaps you have a family event and need an extra bed or two? She is fully equipped with all the usual amenities including a self contained shower and toilet. The six berth Zeffer has two large fixed beds. One at the rear of the vehicle and one above the cab. Approximate measurements 2.15m x 1.58m and 2.09m x1.6m respectively. The dinette converts to a bed also (1.25m x 1.86m) The kitchen comes fully equipped for a home away from home including 3 burner cook top, grill, toaster, a large 2 way fridge with chiller and freezer. The rear storage can be accessed from both sides of the vehicle and from the interior. And it's big enough to store your suitcases, pushchair, bikes, skis or golf clubs. All linens and bedding is supplied for your trip Zeffer sports low emissions and super fuel technology. This is the perfect set up for a family, group of friends, or a couple looking for luxury. All linens and towels are supplied. Board games, cards and videos. There is a picnic table and chairs. Let me know if you need a baby car seat or children's booster style seat. Pick up available from Christchurch Airport, Lincoln or selected locations around Christchurch.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
  • No gutting of fish inside the vehicle.
  • Not be driven on Dansey's Pass.
  • Cannot be driven on Skipper's Canyon Rd.
  • Cannot be driven on ANY beach AT ALL.
  • Cannot be driven on ski field roads.
  • Zeffer must be returned clean or risk a cleaning fee.
  • Road User Charges RUC are payable in cash at completion of hire at 9 cents per kilometre
  • Unsealed roads of more than 2 kilometers must be pre approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins
  • If damage occurs you must report it immediately who, what , where and when will be required.
  • Diesel return with a full tank
  • Gas return full. Keep receipts as proof.
  • Must be returned with an empty toilet cassette and empty grey water tank.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The motorhome is automatic but can switch to manual for better control on steep slopessomething my husband (the driver) really appreciated during our 8-day trip from Kaikoura to Milford Sound and back to Christchurch. The van was already very well stocked with the necessary essentials like toilet papers, salt, peppers, herbs, sandfly spray etc The rear storage was also impressively spaciouswe easily fit two 28-inch and two 24-inch suitcases with no issues. Corresponding with Mary was a pleasureshe was always responsive and very informative and helpful.

    Had a great time doing a road trip around the South Island. We had four adults in the van I think that anymore would be very tight. The van has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Mary was a great communicator. We had a battery issue that was resolved quickly by calling camplify support. Mary will be sorting this out. The van is economical and was great to drive. Huge storage area at the back was great.
