Hiring rules
- General rules:
- No offroad driving
- No smoking inside the RV
- No offroad/beach driving/extended unsealed roads (over 10km)
- Hirer age restriction of over 21
- Awning must be packed away in case of windy weather
- RV must be returned tidy or an additional cleaning fee may be applied
- Standard pickup/dropoff times
- Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel
- Gas is included in the hire
- If an engine light appears, hirers must pull over and call the owner for assistance immediately
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
