The awning is only available on bookings 7 nights and over. If the camp site is very wind exposed and the gazebo booked, we may not be able to risk set up, and will refund this portion. Bookings accepted within an hour or so from Papamoa. Please select your 'optional extra' for set up and delivery. We will set up and deliver free to Pāpāmoa and Mount Maunganui. Concord Sally is located in the Bay of Plenty, with lots of campground options to choose from. Here are some examples. • Pāpāmoa Beach (Our local) • Mount Maunganui (Our local) • Little Waihi Beach (30 km) • Pukehina Beach (35 km) • Ōmokoroa (35 km) • Rotoiti / Okere Falls (50 km) • Matatā (55 km) • Athenree (70 km) • Rotorua/Blue Lake (75 km) • Bowentown (75 km) • Waihi Beach (75 km) We can bring Sally to a private address as well. If you need an extra room over a holiday period. Your private location will need toilet/shower facilities and the ability to plugin. SLEEPING: - King Bed (not permanent) firm comfortable squabs - Double Bed (Couch pull-out) firm comfortable squabs - Bedding provided (Mattress protector, duvets, pillows, sheets) KITCHEN AND DINING - Electric two hob cooktop - Full-size microwave - Compact fridge - Cooking supplies - Dining table converts to a California king bed (We recommend you bring a Gazebo and eat outside to save changing the bed every mealtime). Sorry, but no self-towing with Sally. There are too many variables with the hitch and she has been set up for our vehicle, and often does not fit other vehicles as we have experienced in the past. Hiring rules

• Awning only available on bookings 7 nights and over. Must be taken down if weather becomes extreme.
• Gazebo available pending weather and site conditions.
• Per booking fee includes laundry for bedding, washing caravan, and restocking.
• GENERAL
• No offroad
• No smoking inside
• No festivals
• Hirer age restrictions (30)
• Awning/gazebo must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Flexible pickup/dropoff times
• No gas cooking or BBQ inside awning or caravan
• No freedom camping (Caravan does not have toilet facilities)
• No drying wet clothes/towels inside the caravan
• Wheellock must be used and remain in place when parked, for the entire duration.
• TOW – Strictly no towing
• EMERGENCY – If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779. Camplify will call the AA.
• DAMAGE – If damage happens, you must report it immediately. Please take note of who, what, where and when as well as any other circumstances or factors involved such as weather.
• In the event of emergency and/or damage, please document all evidence with photos and/or video and provide it to the owners for insurance purposes.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside.
• CLEANING – Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of insurance coverage.

• Hirer must be 35 years of age or older.
