Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Ricky 5.0We couldn't have asked for a better caravan for our holiday. It was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition, with everything working perfectly. It towed beautifully, which made the trip easy and stress-free. Unfortunately, we had an incident/accident resulting in my husband needing medical care and not being able to drive. Paul was incredibly obliging and helpful - he came and picked up the caravan early without any issues at all, which took a huge amount of stress off us. His communication from the start was friendly, clear, and supportive throughout. We'd happily hire again and highly recommend Paul and happyholidays.co.nz .
