Daisy is a beaut little campervan, you can park her anywhere, she is easy to drive and is fully self contained with fixed toilet and a gas shower. She has plenty of storage, just hop in and start your adventure. She has the new green freedom camping certification. She has a couch that folds out to a double bed or 2 singles (with inner sprung mattresses) - this gives you plenty of room in the van during the day. With solar panels to keep the Deep Cycle 110AGM leisure battery charged, and a 2000w inverter you can be off grid and still connected! She comes full kitted out with 2 x camping chairs, a folding table which can be used inside the van as a dining / card table, a 9kg gas bottle to run the internal heater and hot water (and a 4kg spare bottle for longer rentals) a fully equipped compact kitchen with 2 gas hobs and a gas grill plus basic pantry items (tea, coffee, sugar, spray oil, salt & pepper, foil and gladwrap) Also provided are linens - sheets, pillows, duvet, blankets, beach and shower towels, hand towels, tea towels etc. She has a 65 litre fresh water tank and a 65 litre grey water tank. Carbon monoxide, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are also installed. She has a roof vent for ventilation and a sliding window with mosquito net. LED Interior lighting. Bluetooth stereo with AUX so you can take your playlist wherever you go. Off season discounts available - see calendar. Pick up is in Pokeno.. Please Note: No Smoking. Also Daisy is a manual, not an automatic.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $150.00 per day
Service fee: $75.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

My husband and I, both young seniors of 75 years spent 35 days living and traveling around and camping in Daisy! We coved much of beautiful North Island taking advantage of different camping venues from Holiday Parks, Self Contained to total Freedom Camping! Daisy handled every curve in the road and up/down every hill and mountain with ease. She was well equipped with everything we needed for bedding and cooking! We were very happy to have an inverter on board to help keep our electronic devices from phones to headlamps charged up! The bed was a bit of a challenge for our senior, uncoordinated bodies to manoeuvre getting in and out of but the bed itself was very comfortable and making it up into the couch was not in itself a problem. Our communication with Lyn was easy, comfortable and very prompt! She was helpful and generous beyond the call of duty with both picking us up at our hotel in Auckland and meeting up with us and delivering back to our hotel at the end of our camping adventure! We have no hesitation in recommending Daisy and Lyn to anyone looking for an awesome camping experience!

Host Lynn is an excellent communicator, gave us details we needed to know, was very helpful and accommodating, before & during trip. Daisy is a good size and comfortable for the 2 of us and travelled well during our 12 days in her. The invertor is a plus and worked well on & off grid.

We loved having Daisy as part of our holiday. She was so convenient, clean and easy to drive. We did around 1000ks over 4 days and she was great on fuel. Definitely look at getting Daisy purely for the convenience and not being stuck in one place.

What fun Daisy and I had! This was my first solo campervan trip and I couldn't have been in better hands with Daisy, a total joy to drive, safe and reliable. Lynn said she has made Daisy like a "hotel on wheels", and this is exactly what she is. Except for bringing your clothes/food, Daisy is equipped with almost everything you would need for a wonderful break away. Also VERY comfortable pullout double bed, warm and cosy and great headroom.
