* The bottom double bed is 1.9m x 1.2m * The above cab double bed is 2.0m x 1.37m * We have extra mattress overlays to make the beds more comfy. Linen includes sheets, duvets, throws and pillows. * An Auckland airport pickup is available for an extra charge * A handbook for the van will be made available to hirers prior to the rental period. This contains instructions for the use of the van.

Hiring rules

• EMERGENCY: If you have any concerns, an engine warning light appears or an accident occurs, please pull over and call the owner for assistance asap once all occupants are safe. Hirers can call 03 668 1211, Option 4 for roadside assistance.
• For all written communication between hirers and owners, please use the Camplify App.
• General rules:
• * No smoking or vaping inside the RV.
• * No offroad/beach driving/extended unsealed roads (over 7km).
• * Pets allowed only upon application.
• * RV must be returned tidy or a cleaning fee may be applied. Cleaning supplies are provided in the Van.
• * Return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel (Diesel only).
• * Gas is included in the hire.
• * Please no smelly or very spicy foods to be cooked in the van.
• * There are no restrictions on travel distance, or distance from base.
• Please note that Road user charges apply to all diesel vehicles (9c/km).

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We recently hired Billy the Goat in Auckland for our trip around the stunning Coromandel, and it was the perfect choice! From the moment we picked it up, everything about this campervan exceeded our expectations. Billy the Goat was not only reliable and easy to drive but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free adventure. The interior was spotless and well-organized, with a surprisingly spacious and cozy sleeping area. The kitchen setup was fantastic, making it easy to whip up meals while enjoying the incredible views. What we loved most was how well-designed Billy was for exploringcompact enough to handle winding roads and scenic stops, yet roomy enough to feel at home. It became our little haven as we discovered Coromandels beaches, hikes, and hot springs. The owners of Billy the Goat were exceptional, too. They provided clear instructions, helpful tips, and lots of thoughtful additions inside the van that made our trip even more memorable. Their attention to detail and friendly service made us feel truly looked after. Billy the Goat was the perfect companion for our Coromandel road trip, and we cant recommend it enough.
