PICK UP AND DROP OFF – The van lives in Hanley’s Farm a 10-minute drive or bus ride from the Queenstown airport. Pick ups and drop off are in the morning from 9am – 12.00pm However, we can be flexible with location and times depending on the day of your arrival and our other work commitments. This can all be arranged when you request a booking. Please allow 45-60 minutes for the vehicle handover when you arrive. When planning your trip, please remember that the van needs to be returned by 2pm on your final day. Late checkouts must be organised beforehand and may incur an extra charge. REMINDER - We kindly ask that you avoid cooking foods with strong odours, such as fish and curry, inside the campervan. This helps to keep the space fresh and pleasant for all our guests. We also ask that if there is a campfire around the van that you close all the windows and doors to ensure the van and your own items don’t end up smelling like smoke. If a deep clean is required after your hire a $150.00 will be charged. Road User Charges (RUC) – These are paid to the New Zealand government as diesel doesn’t include tax like petrol at the pump. RUC go towards the maintenance of heavier vehicles such as this one on our roads. These are calculated per kilometre (for this vehicle it costs $0.09/Km ) these will be added up at the end of your hire and will be charged through Camplify. Long Trips – Kiwi Ryde allows for 200km of travelling per day. This distance be averaged out over the duration of hire. Example: for a 5-day hire you would have 1000km (5x 200 = 1000) This will be checked on the return of the van. Additional distance travelled will be charged at $0.40 per kilometre. PETS - When requesting your booking with a pet, please describe what pet and breed you have, as some may not be suitable for this type of van. Return the vehicle with a FULL - Fuel tank (DIESEL ONLY) - Gas bottle refilled, this can be done at petrol stations. Please provide receipts On return EMPTY at a dump station: - Grey water - Toilet (toilet also needs to be cleaned) - Dispose of all rubbish. - Take all your belongings with you Then leave the rest of the cleaning up to us! We are Queenstown locals with a vast range of knowledge of the area and local attractions. if you have any questions about your trip or the van please don't hesitate to ask! Hiring rules

• Any damage must be reported immediately Who, what, where and when will be required
• Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• Payment of a deposit is required within 48 hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• No offroad driving / no ski field access roads / Skippers Canyon or beach driving
• Strickly no smoking or vaping in the vehicle
• This van is not suitable for festivals or parties.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  My partner and I hired this campervan for a week and a half, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The van is incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect home-on-wheels experience. Everything was easy to use, which made the whole trip wonderfully stress-free. The van had ample power, and the water storage was both sufficient and very easy to manage throughout the trip. The internal storage was more than sufficient, allowing us to keep everything organised and travel without any clutter. The thoughtful extras made a real difference on the colder nights, the cosy linen, additional hot water bottles, and efficient heater kept us warm and comfortable no matter the weather. On the road, the reversing camera and phone cradle where really appreciated, making navigating the van incredibly easy. Tess and Pedro were fantastic hosts. Their communication was excellent. They were easy to contact throughout our hire and were very accommodating with pick-up and drop-off locations, which made the whole process seamless. We really enjoyed the personalised experience they provided. Overall, this campervan made our holiday smooth, enjoyable, and completely hassle-free. We wouldnt hesitate to book it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality campervan experience.

  My mum and I rented Tess and Pedros van for 13 days and had the most amazing time. The van itself was a lovely drive and already had everything we could need in terms of cutlery, crockery, utensils, beddings, blankets, towels - anything! It felt like a little home right from the outset. Tess and Pedro had great communication throughout our trip and we always knew we could contact them if we were unsure of anything and they got back to us incredibly quickly! They were super accommodating with the pick-up and drop-off time/location which made everything so easy and seamless for us. The whole experience felt very personable which isnt something you would likely get from a big rental company. We would definitely rent from Tess and Pedro again and honestly cant recommend them enough!

  Tess and Pedro went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. The camper itself is fantastic and had absolutely everything we needed so that we were able to camp in some stunningly remote parts of NZ. If anyone is unsure whether to book through camplify or with a generic rental company, then I couldn't recommend camplify and Kiwi Ryde enough!

  The van was perfect! It had everything we needed for our road trip. Pedro and Tess were super easy to communicate with and helped us feel ready for our holiday. Super lovely experience, we'd definitely recommend!!!
