Before you book! - Important Rental Guidelines for Hazel 🚐 🚫 Restrictions: No off-road driving - the van is not a 4WD; she is rear-wheel drive, and New Zealand’s unsealed roads can be extremely rough with lots of potholes! No beach driving No extended gravel roads No smoking inside the vehicle 🧼 Cleaning: The van must be returned in a clean condition (interior included). Excessive cleaning will incur an additional charge. All cooking equipment must be cleaned before returning, or you may request a cleaning service for an additional fee. 🛣 Unsealed Roads: Driving on ANY unsealed roads must be pre-approved in writing via Camplify messages before your trip begins. Please review the insurance terms and conditions to understand coverage exclusions. 🚨 Emergency Procedures: If any engine warning lights appear on the dashboard, pull over immediately. In the event of an accident, move to a safe location, call Camplify at 1300 416 133 (they will contact NRMA), and then notify me as soon as possible. 🛣 Longer Trips: Your booking includes up to 1,500 km of travel. ANY additional distance beyond 1,500 km will incur a $0.30 per km charge, deducted from your bond at the end of the trip. ⛽ Fuel Policy: The van comes with a full tank of 91 unleaded fuel upon departure. • For overseas Drivers (excludes Australia) an international license is required.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• No offroad driving
• No beach driving
• No extended gravel roads
• No smoking inside the vehicle
