Hiring rules

  • Airport drop off and pick up available, fee of $50.00 will be charged for delivery (Auckland wide) within a 10 km radius of the yard.
  • Vehicle returns are to be back at the yard by 5pm on day of return unless prearranged otherwise of a later time. Anything after 5pm there will be a charge of $25.00ph as we need staff waiting back at the yard to collect van
  • FUEL Will be hired with full tank of petrol and to be returned with full tank for next hire.
  • CLEANING Please clean the van prior to return. If van needs wash
  • WEAR and TEAR Please let us know of any lost items or broken parts replace at your own initiative wherever possible to have van in good condition for next hirer.
  • BREAKDOWNS please advise of any mechanical issues with car as soon as they occur. Do not drive with any dashboard warning lights.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Apart from not know how use the touch screen/radio cause it's in Japanese, everything was awesome I emptied our suitcases into the storage under the bed and put our suitcases and the portable toilet into hired storage so we had room without pulling the bags out all the time. This van was perfect for me & my daughter. We loved having a bed and kitchen on wheels.. the vans is a breeze to drive has handled the hills with ease. Had many family who now want to do the same. I would definitely recommend kaha campervans hire
