Hiring rules

WEAR and TEAR Please let us know of any lost items or broken parts replace at your own initiative wherever possible to have van in good condition for next hirer.
BREAKDOWNS please advise of any mechanical issues with car as soon as they occur.
Do not drive with any dashboard warning lights, or cooking of any spicy food please.
No smoking in the van.
Remove your shoes when entering the sleeping/dinning side of the campervan.
CLEANING: Clean the Van's Interior before returning the Vehicle (This includes the Mattress, Floor, Seats, Toilet, Cutlery, Plates/Bowls, and Cooking Pots/Pans.
WATER TANKS: Empty the Waste Water Tank before returning the vehicle. Make sure to Flush Out the Waste Water Tank with Clean Water along with the Waste Water Tank Pipes.
FUEL: Return the Van with full PETROL Van rentals come provided with a full fuel tank before departure
DAMAGE: If any damage to the Van occurs, you must report it immediately. The 'who, what, where, and when' will be required
NO OFF ROADING/NO BEACH DRIVING/NO GRAVEL ROADS DRIVING/NO SMOKING INSIDE VEHICLE/NO PETS

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $60.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
