• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside/ NO pets
• UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.
• FUEL Return full of PETROL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING If you don't choose 'clean de van for me' please remember to take care about:
• clean the van inside (this includes fridge, vacuum mattress, floor, seats, clean windows, cutlery, pots and pans. Also you have to wash the bedding, there is a laundry accross the road)
• clean the van outside (bugs and insects from the front, mud, dust, windows)
• NO cooking in the living/bed area.
• Minimum Hire Periods vary, see booking calender
• If you gonna need an airport transfer after dropping off the van, please let us know in advance to organize it. Cost of transfer is $120.00.
• If you want to cross to South Island be sure to book the ferry in advance.  Check availability in the followings websites:

  Ocean I took us everywhere we wanted to go. It's a good car which gives you enough power to go uphill. It's comfortable to drive and sleep in. We spent 4 weeks with the van and it was great. One thing you should know, you need to choose between have music with the Bluetooth or charging the cooler. It's not a big deal but there is almost no radio station available all through New Zealand. So if you, just like us, are excited about the Bose sound system, please keep this in mind. For the rest, everything was great and handy and easy to use.

  Exploring North New Zealand in this van was the highlight. Wouldnt have booked with anyone else. When we come back, definitely booking with them again. Van was a dream.

  My friend & I had Ocean 1 for our 5 day trip round the North Island & she was an absolute dream! Great wee van to zip about in; drives super well and easy. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is so handy to cook/ wash up in. Ramiro & Pamela were also so great; communication before and during the trip was second to none! Cant recommend enough :)

  First and amazing experience with Camplify. Everything went smooth. Ramiro knows exactly what equipment set up one needs for camping. Communication fast and without any problems. Weve made almost 5.000km with no problems. Campervan in a very good technical condition you can rely on. Overall great satisfaction. Happy to rent again
