  Had such a great time renting out Suzy! She's a very reliable ride and great to stay in, felt very comfortable and safe the whole time. Alf himself is the best, very friendly and informative and went above and beyond to gave me a ride to the airport! Overall it was a great experience, highly recommend renting Suzy or any of the other vans they offer

  We had a blast in Sally for our 9 days in NZ. The van had everything we needed, shes a little on the old side but made it all around the countryside so no complaints! Cant wait to come back and hire a van from Alf & his family again :)

  My daughter and I toured NZ for 4 weeks and the van was excellent. It was easy to drive, the bed is very comfortable, and everything you need is provided (table and chairs, cutlery, pots and pans etc.). The solar panel was brilliant for charging phones / power banks and running the fridge and light. The cooker also worked very well and we did a lot of freedom camping. As is natural for a vehicle this age, it is of course a bit rough around the edges, but this does in no way detract from the experience. The sink/work surface and toilet area are new and great; all the drawers worked perfectly. It is not the nippiest uphill, but that's not a problem. Alf picked us up from the airport and dropped us off there, which was a huge help and highly appreciated. He always responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Thank you!!

  We had an amazing time thanks to Alf and the super van Suzy! We rented Suzy for the whole month of February (4 weeks) and we toured both the North and South Island, from Auckland all the way down to Te Anau and back up to the Bay of Island, with absolutely no issues, the van was just perfect. It has a toilet, so its fully self contained and we made good use of the freedom campsites. It comes with lots of useful stuff (2 cam chairs, a folding table, gas stove, kitchen utensils, bin, bed linen and duvet) and has a small fridge which works with the solar panels. It also has a couple of usb ports, very useful for charging phones etc. The bed is very comfy, and its easy to change the set up to a table if youve got rain outside. We had a great time, and it was also thanks to Suzy and the smooth communication with Alf, who also picked us up at the beginning of our trip and dropped us off to Auckland at the end. We would definitely recommend renting with Alf!

  We had an enjoyable fortnight in this van which drove well right across the North Island of NZ but would recommend this vehicle for a young couple on an adventure as space is limited Alf provides a welcome service of airport pickup/return
