Hiring rules

• 1. No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• 3. No smoking inside / no pets / no festivals
• 4. Hirer age restrictions of 21 years old
• 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• 6. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you'll risk a cleaning fee of $100.00.
• 7. Toilet cassette and grey water to be empty on return of the motorhome. Failure to do so will result in an excess cleaning fee of $150.00.
• 8. Standard pickup time is 3.00pm and dropoff time is 11.00am.
• 9. Freecamping only in designated areas.
• 10. Any damage must be reported immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• 11. Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• 12. Cooking gas to be returned full refill from petrol stations and keep the receipt.
• 13. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• 14. Road User Charges are additional to your daily set rate and charged at 0.09c per km travelled.

  Alisons Swifty is a super clean, well designed van that was very well outfitted for our family of 3. The van is the perfect size for NZ back roads, it handles like a car and fits in spots most campers cant. Alison was very communicative and responsive and their airport pick up and drop off option saved us the hassle of transfers. I will definitely hire Alisons Swifty next time Im in NZ for an adventure.

  This is a comfortable and well-equipped van. The handover was good and communication was very good throughout. Pickup from Auckland airport was very smooth and the linen package worked well. There were some technical issues with the van which took some of the gloss off the experience, hopefully these will all be sorted before the next rental.

  We had everything we needed onboard for a great camping trip around NZ. Since we booked Alison and Carl had added a bbq and camping chairs and table and a laptop and mobile charger for when you are off grid, which were all perfect additions. They also had coffee, tea, sugar, oils, glad wrap, foil and more, which was also really handy as you just need to buy you food and drink and your off on your trip. Alison and Carl were lovely to deal with and very responsive with communications before and during our trip. We highly recommend them and the van. Cheers, Sue and Craig

  Swifty was an absolute dream of a campervan for our trip! Alison was super helpful and e were able to enjoy our travels around New Zealand in her lovely camper! I cant recommend them enough!! Thank you for an amazing adventure!!
