Hiring rules
- [NO OFFROAD] Campervans can only be driven on sealed roads or bitumen roads, and wellmaintained roads. You must not drive vehicles on: Skippers Road (Queenstown), Crown Range Road (Queenstown), Ball Hut Road (Mt. Cook), Ninety Mile Beach (Northland), North of Colville Township (Coromandel Peninsula). An additional safety inspection fee of $500.00 will be charged for each identified violation of these road restrictions.
- [HOUSE RULE] No smoke, no pet, no heavy smell food. Please NOT LEAVE trash/mud/sand, and EMPTY grey/black water tanks, and KEEP the toilet clean when returning the vehicle. If you do not comply, an additional cleaning fee of $50.00–$500.00 may be charged.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

We had plenty of room in the fridge for our travels and were able to experience lots of spots around Northland that we would have likely missed had we not been camping in a self contained vehicle. Sonia 5.0We had such a good time in the van, the engine worked pretty well and its dimensions were actually perfect for what we needed. Only cons wed found is that we would have needed more cooking utensils (such as a pan or a chopping board), but apart from that everything was great!
William 4.8Had a great trip in Yans van - it was a great vehicle with no issues at all and plenty of space for us. We were provided with great tips and service from Yan also. Would recommend!
