Totally recommended! We are very grateful to Yan and his van that is much better than what can be seen in the photos, comfortable spacious and with everything you need to travel we have had an incredible road trip and the doubts we had on the way were answered immediately.

We liked riding in the van, the size is perfect on the road and on parkingspots! The kitchen assesoires were not that good and no place for the groceries in the kitchen. With some bags it was no problem :). The AC wasn't working very well, but the communication with YZ was perfect en very fast! We've got a great vacation!

We spent our honeymoon in this car 42 nights and drove over 8,200 km from Cape Reinga to Bluff. The camper has a lot of space, we easily fit in two large chests of drawers. The car never let us down, and we drove in various weather conditions and on different roads. Yan is a very nice guy. We can't imagine spending our honeymoon any other way now!

Very good communication. The van pickup was outside of Auckland on the north so a long way from the airport but they did offer us transport for a fee ($70) which was convenient and the price seemed similar to Uber (if not cheaper). The van itself is basic but comfortable and has everything you need. It definitely takes some time to get used to the layout and some of the design is a bit limiting. The van is very comfortable to drive and to be a passenger and fairly fuel efficient. However, it's worth noting that it is a diesel van so at the end of the trip we had to pay 9 cent per KM we'd travelled, so for us this was an additional $200. The kitchen set up is very basic, plastic crockery and just two of the basic things (plate cutlery mugs etc). You will need to buy your own washing up bits, gas, hand towel, tea and coffee etc.

When we booked the van the shower tick came up. We thought it had a shower but it didnt. The toilet is too complicated to use would recommend anyone travelling a distance to have knowledge of public toilets and freedom camping sites as part of their planning. And it does not work very well for 3 people as per the description. Only 2 people. The sleeping arrangements worked well for 2 people. The chiller box is like an electric chilly bin so would recommend planning meals beforehand. Some really nice views and country. The van is quite fuel efficient for long distances. But be mindful that road user charges need to be paid on top of the booking fee.

We had the most amazing trip thanks to Yan. The van was spacious enough for our family of four. We had plenty of room in the fridge for our travels and were able to experience lots of spots around Northland that we would have likely missed had we not been camping in a self contained vehicle. Yan was so prompt with communication, helped us when we needed extra instructions and was very accomodating with pick up and drop off. Thanks again Yan! Matt and Kamaia
