We had a great time with our van from YZcamper! It matched the description well and all the information we needed was given to us prior to our pick up and additional info was provided during pick up. Communication with YZcamper was clear and efficient! The bed cushions could have been a little cushier for a better sleep but everything was clean and our extras were great! Still had an awesome time with our van :)

Would recommend hiring a van with YZcampers to anyone! Absolutely fantastic customer support, instant responses. Went well out of their way driving us to the local bus station and arranging an uber to collect us from the airport to make our travels easier. Lovely friendly people who really cares about their customers. Van was great, the bed system is very functional and having power to charge our phones and a fridge was so handy. Took us up any mountain with ease and was great to drive. Thank you again Yan and his friends for making our trip so smooth! 10/10

Mechanically, it was fine. In terms of equipment, there is still for improvement. There wasnt space to place the camp stove or cut food. The kitchen kit consisted of one frying pan, a set of cutlery, cups and plates for two people. It did not include a chopping board, cooking pot, colander or kettle for heating water. It also did not include butane for the stove or cleaning supplies (detergent, soap, paper, salt/pepper). There was also no place to store kitchen items except under the bed, which is not convenient. Of the three ceiling lights, only one worked and it was not enough to light up the interior.

Lovely van to take around the countryside, good on hills. Plenty of room. The bed is hard and slightly uncomfortable. Other than this a great van, not a whole pile of storage in the kitchen, this is due to the need for a toilet in the self contained vehicle. We really enjoyed bringing the van around the countryside :)

We had a great trip trough new zealand with chaser! Pick up and drop off were well organised. The van was very reliable and easy to drive. The 200km milage per day was sufficient for our trip. The storage could be a bit more efficient and the interior a bit cosier. but overall was the quality great for the price! Would recommend!

We hired this van for about 10 days to travel around the North Island. While the vehicle was changed from the original booking that change was communicated well in advance. We were happy with the vehicle and had no problems whatsoever. After we returned the vehicle, The host Yan even drove us to the Albany bus exchange which was a great help. Would have no hesitation in recommending YZ campers based on our experience.

We had such a good time in the van, the engine worked pretty well and its dimensions were actually perfect for what we needed. Only cons wed found is that we would have needed more cooking utensils (such as a pan or a chopping board), but apart from that everything was great!

We hebben een prachtige reis met de camperbus gemaakt. Op zich beviel de bus ons goed maar er waren wel een aantal aandachtspunten: De 1e dag kwamen we er achter dat de ruitenwissers kapot waren en de voorbanden weinig profiel hadden. Deze zaken hebben te maken met veiligheid en dienen voor de verhuur gecontroleerd te worden. De usb lader in de cabine deed het ook niet omdat de zekering kapot was, heel lastig omdat je je GPS niet kan laden onder het rijden. Het inventaris voldeed ook niet aan onze verwachtingen, er waren niet eens koffiekopjes aanwezig en met 1 pannetje kan je ook niet erg veel. Erg jammer allemaal want dit soort probleempjes kunnen voorkomen worden door alles goed te controleren voordat de camper weer verhuurd wordt. De verhuurder is een erg aardige man maar ik vind dat hij de kritiek te makkelijk wegwuift en er op wijst dat de camper op tijd gekeurd wordt maar als er tussentijds wat defect is behoort dat opgelost te worden voordat de camper weer de weg op gaat. Ik hoop dat deze feedback er toe bijdraagt dat er in de toekomst beter wordt gecontroleerd op defecten.
