Hiring rules

• ☑️No offroad driving / beach driving / extended driving on gravel roads.
• ☑️Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
• ☑️No smoking inside / no pets OR pets only upon application / no festivals
• ☑️Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• ☑️Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee
• ☑️ Toilet must be cleaned properly in return if you use it.
• ☑️Any damage must be reported immediately
• ☑️Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 0800 779 779 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
• ☑️Cooking gas must to be returned fullrefilled
• ☑️Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
• ☑️Fuel – return filled with unleaded fuel. All hires include a full tank upon departure

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  The good: Van drove good, linen was clean and Krissh was laid back and easy to talk to. The bad: the van was not what we expected. from when we booked it to when we got it the pictures had changed. We paid 200 dollars per day because holiday tax i presume and the van as not worth it. It had black mold on the ceiling. The windshield wipers were so bad that when it rained and you turned them on the wipers made it worse and you would see less. Everything in the van was sticky and dirty. Table and dishes had foodscraps on them and were stained. Every surface was covered with something sticky. We had to clean the van before we could camp with it. Side doors dont seal properly so you get air movement even when you close the doors. A/C didnt work eventough it was advertised that it works. Drivers window didnt want to go up. You had to physically pull it up with your hand to get it to close. Privacy curtains are just broken. Fridge took 3 days to cool down to 4 degrees. Usb socket in the back didnt work. (that was the only socket in the back)

  Had the best 3 weeks in the van, great communication and all my questions answered promptly! Easy to drive, loads of storage space and a big comfy bed with lots of warm bedding. Thanks!

  We were super happy with the van, it was even above our expectations and made our one week trip around the South Island really smooth and nice. Krissh were super nice and helpful and answered whenever we had a question. I can really recommend renting from Krissh!
