Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Lewis 5.0My fiancé and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend touring the South Island in Juno01! The van was surprisingly spacious inside. It came equiped with all the features we wanted and the power was never a concern thanks to the solar panels on the roof. I personally had so much fun navigating it through the challenging, curvy roads found all over the island. Denis was outstanding with communication and demonstrating the van's features. He took extra care in following up on any issues we had and made us feel completely taken care of on our adventure. He was above and beyond our expectations for a Camplify host. Thanks Denis!
Zer Hann 5.0I had a very comfortable experience in the campervan and was very happy with how convenient the experience was with what the van had. The solar panel inverter battery was very helpful with keeping everything charged and the gas hot showers came in handy. Denis was very helpful with our questions and was very polite and sincere with helping us. Would recommend again to a friend.

Id previously hired similar campers based on the (smaller) SAIC platform; Juno is a Mercedes, and very easy to drive & manouvre. Colin 5.0The van was great for two people and very self-sufficient, especially with the solar panels to charge the battery. The fuel economy was decent for a vehicle this size. We used the shower almost daily and it had great pressure and heat. Very comfortable and well maintained. Thanks Denis!
