Additional information
There is an extra room which can be put up in the extension part of the awning, could be used for storage, an extra chill space for kids or put a double air bed in there for more sleeping quarters. This room is to be kept out of the rain as its not waterproof, it hooks onto the poles in the awning extension. CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge Toilet Cassette MUST be emptied before caravan is returned. Awnings must be dismantled before any bad weather arrives. Awnings must be folded and packed away in bags provided.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
