Hiring rules
- No Smoking or Vaping in Van. Only available for round trips, must return to the pick up location. Road User Charges apply of $0.09/km.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alicia 5.0I travelled with Charlie around the north island. Charlie is an amazing self contained motorhome. Angela (Charlie's owner) is extremely accomodating. This was my first time ever using a motorhome and I had no issues due to how much detail and time Angela took to teach me everything, that I would need to know. Charlie had absolutely everything. Only thing I needed to supply was food. I will 100% be travelling with Charlie when I visit again. I highly recommend Charlie to anyone and everyone.
