Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great basic van for discovering NZ. All the essentials were there and the van drove great. The communication with Jimmy was flawless, very flexible, would hire again!

    My partner and I rented a campervan (Toyota Estima) for a whole month. The van was super comfy and reliable! Drives great and had no issues whatsoever. Communication with van owner (Jimmy) was efficient. He was quick to reply and offered great help and service. Being a certified self-contained vehicle, it was really easy finding a spot for the night, both in the South and North Island of New Zealand. Overall, the campervan made our trip one to remember and would definitely recommend Koru Campers to anyone travelling to New Zealand. One small thing to add: Check van measurements as it might not be suitable for really tall people.

    Perfect Van to travel and explore the South Island. The van had everything we needed and the bed was really comfy! Jimmy was great to communicate with and was very fast with his responses. Hand over was great - highly recommend Jimmy and his vehicles! We will definitely be contacting him when we return back to the South Island for more adventures. Thanks Jimmy
