TOW A 50mm Tow ball is required for towing • EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779 779 • DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. • NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside • CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. • UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the booking.

Hiring rules
- Hiring Rules:
- No OneWay Hires: All bookings must be roundtrip.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.
- No OffRoading or Ski Fields: The caravan is not allowed on unpaved roads or ski fields.
- Tolls & Parking: Any tolls or parking fees are the hirer's responsibility.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
- No Festivals: The caravan cannot be taken to festival events unless discussed.
- Age Requirement: Hirers must be at least 25 years old.
- Awning Care: The awning must be folded away promptly in the event of bad weather.
- Cleaning Requirement: The caravan must be returned in a clean condition; failure to do so may incur a cleaning fee.
- Early Pickup & Late Dropoff: A fee of $20.00 will apply for early pickup or late dropoff unless previously agreed upon.
- Pet Cleaning Fee: If pets are allowed, a $30.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Toilet Cassette: The toilet cassette must be returned empty and clean; a $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged for any failure to do so.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Steve 5.0Adam is an awesome host who was extremely responsive and set our family up for a great weekend away! He gave us a full run down and also provides an info folder with the van. The caravan itself is in great condition and was perfect for our family of 4 (two kids under 11 yrs). The beds are very comfortable (I'm 6ft and fitted well) and the ability to screen off one end of the van was great so the kids could sleep while we stayed up at the other end. The fridge is a great size also and a small freezer box also which was a bonus. Couldn't reccomend this van and host higher! Thanks Adam
