Hiring rules

  • *** No smoking inside the van please ***
  • ➢ Vehicle supplied with a full tank and must be returned with full tank of 91 PETROL, empty grey water tank and in a tidy, clean condition.
  • ➢ Gas bottle to be refilled Most petrol stations can do this
  • ➢ Toilet must be emptied and FULLY cleaned + Disinfected if used. Additional cleaning fee if not returned in a clean operable condition.
  • ➢ DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. Photos are helpful, if any engine light comes on pull over immediately and contact me on 02108420858, I will advise how to contact roadside assistance
  • ➢ NO Off Road or Beach Driving / NO
  • Extended Gravel roads / NO smoking inside
  • ➢ UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing before the trip begins.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
