Hiring rules

- If anything is to get damaged you MUST alert me ASAP.
- If you are not confident to tow this vehicle DO NOT TOW IT We can arrange delivery.
- Please check your vehicle’s towing capacity before booking.
- Drive carefully and observe all road rules.
- Treat the caravan as if it were your own—keep it clean and tidy.
- Use appliances and fittings as instructed during the handover.
- Do not overload electrical outlets or water systems.
- Return the caravan in the same condition you received it.
- Empty the toilet cassette and waste water tanks before dropoff.
- Remove all rubbish and personal items.
- Always secure windows, doors, and awning before towing.
- Do not exceed the caravan’s weight limits.
- Follow all safety instructions provided during the handover.
- Any damage caused during hire will be the hirer’s responsibility.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Gemma 5.0Camper was so great just as described. Shaan was easy to communicate with and Van was well equipped. Fridge was not gas so just needed power but everything was great.
