Hiring rules
- Please return the van with a full tank of fuel (you will receive it with a full tank)
- Hirers are responsible for parking fines, speeding tickets and tolls
- Please return the van in a clean condition, similar to how you received it
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
