How it Works Pre-Trip Info via email Before your trip, you’ll receive all the key details in out welcome pack including your pickup location, lockbox code, and a short guide to the van. Easy Pickup Point Your campervan will be parked at a clearly marked pickup location. No waiting around or coordinating arrival times. Secure Lockbox Access The keys are stored in a secure lockbox on the vehicle. At your scheduled pickup time, you simply enter the provided code to access the keys. Support When You Need It Even though the handover is contactless, we’re still fully available. You can reach us anytime through the app if you have questions or need help during your trip.

Hiring rules

  • Non smoking vehicle
  • To use the toilet, you must prebook optional extra “clean the chemical toilet for me”. You will still be required to clean/empty toilet, this covers the the cost to fully disinfect for the next hire.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This van was perfect for my short trip to Milford sound. Had everything I needed and included exactly as disclosed in the ad. Georgia & Evan are so friendly, flexible and reply quickly! And the van is just so cute. Was a very cozy stay would absolutely recommend!

    Georgia & Evan are the best. I have now used their vans twice and had a great experience both times! They are so flexible, helpful and willing to make your experience the best possible! I would 100% reccomend and will definitley be back for more!

    We loved Pearl! Such a great trip in the van. It had everything you need for your holiday and was super cute, which is a bonus. Definitely recommend Georgia & Evan, handovers were easy and everything was exactly as described. It was also our first time using Camplify, and it was so much better than the big companies. The van felt so much more homely than the Jucy or Maui vans weve had in the past. Thank you!

    Van exceeded expectations! Came with everything I could need, was super tidy, drove very well. Georgia/Evan responded to my questions right away when I had them. Also pink decorations were so cute!!
