Additional information • Road User Charges apply to diesel vehicles. They are charged post-hire, on all kilometres driven, at a rate of $9.00 per 100 kilometres ($0.09 per kilometre). This distance is calculated using the change in odometer value between pick-up and drop-off. These values are recorded on the signed vehicle pick-up and drop-off forms, filled in with the owner. RUC Charges $9.00 per 100km Payable by Cash or Camplify Will deduct on completion of the hire. • Pick up and drop off is in Tauranga or I can arrange a pick up and drop off from Auckland airport that is charged at $300.00 each way. • An orientation Video to show how our campervan works will be sent a few weeks before hire dates and once deposit is paid. Hiring rules EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 0800 779779 DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it Immediately who, what, where and when will be required. please take photos if possible. NO OFF ROAD / NO BEACH DRIVING / NO EXTENDED GRAVEL ROADS / NO SMOKING INSIDE. LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200kms a day. This will be averaged out over the duration of the hire. Example: 4 days hire x 200kms allowance 800kms for hire permitted in the rate, additional kms will be charged at 30c per km and deducted on completion of the hire. FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure. CLEANING There is a fee for cleaning in the booking fee. Please remove all personal belongings and any rubbish from the van on drop off.. LPG 2 Full cylinders on pick up so please return filled at a local fuel station. WASTEWATER TANK is empty on pick up so please return empty. FRESHWATER TANK is full on pick up so please return filled with drinkable water. BLACK WASTEWATER CARTRIDGE TANK (toilet) Return empty. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Hiring rules

• Drivers must meet Camplify’s licence requirements and be approved on the booking.
• No off road driving/beach driving/extended driving on gravel roads
• Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins
• No smoking or vaping inside Dora
• No pets inside Dora
• No festivals
• Snow/ice driving experience is strongly recommended.
• Snow chains may be required in alpine regions and must be fitted correctly. Damage caused by incorrect fitting is the hirer’s responsibility.
• No driving in severe weather warnings, icy road closures, or restricted alpine passes.
• No ski field access roads unless confirmed open and safe.
• Heating must be used responsibly and turned off when unattended.
• Diesel tank must be kept above ¼ full at all times (important in winter conditions).
• Toilet cassette and grey water must be emptied before return (frozen waste systems incur cleaning/repair fees).
• Return with full diesel and LPG at same level as departure.
• Vehicle must be returned clean and dry inside (wet gear managed carefully to avoid mould or damage).
• Any damage or weatherrelated incident must be reported immediately via Camplify.
• Awning must be packed away before strong winds and bad weather arises. Never leave awning up if not supervised, the weather can change quickly.
• Hirer responsible for fines, tolls, callout fees, and insurance excess as per Camplify terms.
• Winter and summer travel is magical — crisp mornings, snowy mountains, quiet campsites — but safety comes first. Dora is warm, capable, and beautifully maintained, and she’ll look after you if you look after her 🤍
