TOW VEHICLE - Must be rated to tow a minimum caravan weight of 1488kg (See https://www.aa.co.nz/cars/owning-a-car/towing/towing-weights/ to check your vehicle) TOW VEHICLE DRIVER - Must have experience towing trailers, caravans or similar. EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call AA who can be reached via 0800 799 799 extension 4. They will advise the Hirer how to get assistance DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.

Additional information
This is a must do: Google "Campermate" and download the app for guides to anything to do with caravanning in NZ including where all the best spots are! All my caravans require a 50mm Hi-rise tow ball which I supply and help you fit when you collect. The caravan comes with a power lead for use in a campground. If you are wanting to plug into a house you will need a certified adaptor. This is available if you need one.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Terry 5.0Really enjoyed it and found the van easier than I thought to pull. Paul happily extended the hire a day and answered queries we had while away on holiday. It was a good way of experiencing caravan life and assessing the type of van we wish to have next time. We learnt things along the way and became quite slick at setting up by the end of our x12 day hire. The overall cost was worth it when adding up hire/insurance/cleaning/camp fees etc. Although we free camped about half of the time.

Jonathan 5.0It was a great caravan to stay and use. This was our first time in many years staying in a caravan. It was a great time. It worked well. For us, the beds were shorter, which is not a fault but something to consider if you are taller (we are not tall really). They were comfortable though and worked well for three of us. Plenty of room for our stay and comfortable and everything worked well. Paul was great to deal with, delivery and pick up were easy and he was very helpful. Highly recommend hireing from him.
