Additional information
Pickup and drop off is from Tawa. Approximately 10 mins walk up a gentle hill from the train station. We aim for 0900 pickup and drop off can be at any time on the day. (Usually contactless) We can occasionally arrange airport drop off and pickups however this will be on a case by case basis and is $80.00 for both picking up and dropping off just outside the airport where we can conduct a handover.
Hiring rules
- Fuel tank is full on pickup and needs to be returned full.
- Gas is included in hire.
- If the chemical toilet is used, it must be cleaned out before return, you can opt to have us clean it for additional $80.00 per booking or if it is not cleaned in return we will charge $80.00 back through Camplify.
- Toll roads and infringements are the responsibility of the hirer. Any outstanding costs related will be charged back through Camplify.
- No Smoking
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
