Pickup and drop offs to/from various locations is available at request for a fee. Please discuss beforehand.

Hiring rules

  • No smoking in the vehicle or under the awning — extra cleaning fees will apply if this rule is broken.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Vehicle must be returned with a full tank of diesel fuel
  • Grey water tank and toilets emptied.
  • The vehicle must be returned in a clean condition: dishes washed and stored, counters wiped, Rubbish bins emptied and sand/dirt swept out
  • If not, $150.00 fee will be charged.
  • Allow 30 minutes for both pickup and dropoff procedures.
  • Road User Charges (RUC) are additional and calculated from the hubometer reading at return, charged at 9cents per km.
  • Road restrictions apply. Vehicles may only be driven on sealed/bitumen roads.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Alina & Prabh was so nice all the way, such a nice experience. Prabh even drove us to Hamilton. Our first rental broke down. We messaged and got an answer straight away. They had have time to properly fix it up for renters, so they told us that clean hadn't been finalized yet. So next renter will have that to look forward to. We where very greatful that they wanted to rent to us any way. Car is old but had all the comfort you would ever need. Solar panels, hot water and a water tank that just won't run out. Even an extra toilet container if you wanna be off grid for long. We got towels and linen, fridge is cold and has a freezer as well. Everything you could wish for. We are very greatful that we had the opportunity to rent this van.
