Hiring rules

• 1. No smoking or vaping: Strictly prohibited in the motorhome and under the awning; a $350.00 deodorisation fee applies if returned smelling of smoke
• 2. Awning care: Stow away before bad weather, in winds, overnight, and whenever leaving the vehicle
• 3. Cleaning & returns: Return tidy with rubbish removed; dishes cleaned and put away; benches wiped. Toilet cassette and grey water must be emptied and rinsed or a $90.00 fee applies
• 4. Fuel: Return with a full diesel tank
• 5. Cooking & odours: No curry, fish, or heavily spiced foods cooked inside; lingering odours may incur a cleaning/deodorisation fee
• 6. Fines: Hirer pays any fines on return
• 7. Road usage limits: Sealed roads only; no beaches, skifield access roads, extended gravel roads, or off‑road driving.
• 8. Driving: all windows, skylights, cupboards, drawers & fridge must be fully closed before driving
• 9. Driver requirements: Minimum age 25 with full licence; 2+ years of driving experience
• 10. Emergency: If any dashboard warning light appears, pull over safely.For accidents: get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 03 6681211 Then call me!
• 11. Damages: Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
• 12. Pickup & drop‑off: confirmed between owner and hirer (Please allow 45 mins for handover procedures)
• 13. Storage: no bikes or surfboards to be stored inside
• 14. Lost items: Lost keys or remotes are at hirer cost
• 15. Fueling errors: Misfueling (petrol into diesel) is at hirer expense
• 16. Inside wear and tear: No candles
• 17. Power and batteries: Do not run the house battery below 12.0V; report any faults immediately
• 18. Road user charges (RUC): A fee of $0.09 per kilometre will be calculated from the odometer reading and deducted from your bond at the end of your hire

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We just had 4 days away in Rosie and from start to finish, it was amazing! On pick up everything was well explained, plus there was a handy manual with everything we needed to know ready for us. The van itself is in great condition, very modern, comfortable and gave us no issues at allwhile we were away. We actually extended the trip on the last day which we did via the app, all very easy. Appreciate tea/coffee and chocolate treats for us also. Highly recommend a trip away in Rosie!
